Thank you for reaching out to us. No, your annual account would start on your next billing date and run for one year from that date, we do not backdate subscriptions. You can change to a yearly account by updating your billing information and choosing the annual plan instead of the monthly plan. Do you not think it would be courteous to send out reminder emails a week or so before subscriptions are due? This is standard practice for many online providers.
