Thank you for reaching out to us. The Play Count on the app is determined by how many times the software has played the piece, whether or not it is graded. It has nothing to do with the keyboard. In Play mode, the notes will absolutely be skipped and show as notes missed. If you have any questions, please let me know at contactus@pianomarvel.com.

My keyboard has only 76 keys, so I can't play tunes to completion if they have very low notes. Therefore the Play Count is always zero, and I can never get credit for playing it.

The Piano Marvel software knows the limits of my keyboard, so it should be capable of recognizing notes outside its range and treat them as notes I missed. Why doesn't it do that? Will a future version of Piano Marvel do that?
