You can connect to any number of devices, but only one at a time. You cannot be simultaneously logged in on say, a computer and your iPhone at the same time. If you have any questions, please email us at support@pianomarvel.com.

Hi I am not able connect piano to iPad. I am able to connect to my iphone. is there any restriction on no of devices you can connect using one account.

Currently, you will not receive grading without the MIDI connection, but we are working on a microphone assessment tool that will allow acoustic pianos to be “heard” and graded by the app. If you have any questions, please email us at contactus@pianomarvel.com.

Thank you for your question. Currently the SASR is not available on the iPhone, only on iPad, Windows PC, Mac, and Chromebook. The size of the iPhone screen makes having the dashboard inconvenient.
