I have been connecting my Yamaha P155 keyboard to an iPad Air 5th generation with a usb b to usb c cable. It worked for 8 months and now the app no longer recognizes the keyboard. How can I fix this problem?

Thank you for reaching out to us. No, there is no need to use a lightning camera adapter if you are using Bluetooth. The adapter would be used if you were plugging a cable in to your digital piano to connect it to the iPad. If you have any questions, please email us at contactus@pianomarvel.com.

If I use a Bluetooth MIDI connection with my iPad and my digital piano, is there any reason to use a Apple branded Lightning Camera Adapter with a cable?

I have a midi to usb-c cable working perfectly from the piano to application on my apple macbook. However the same cable plugged in my ipad Pro does not work. Any suggestion?

My keyboard has only a midi out port which I can connect the midi in cable and the USB to the PC, but this leaves the midi out cable not connected to anything. It is a Korg sp170-s. What do I do or what else do i need?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Using Bluetooth MIDI provides the same results that connecting using a cable would. Please make sure that the Bluetooth audio does not also connect, as the audio will introduce latency, meaning that you will hear the count-in and the accompaniment late.
