Thank you for reaching out to us. The cursor is always lighter on rests, so when its intensity is further lightened, it disappears on the rests. There is not a setting to keep the cursor from lightening while over a rest measure. If I have misunderstood your questions, please email us at contactus@pianomarvel.com.
