How do I redeem a gift card or subscription code?
If you already have a Piano Marvel account (free or premium) follow these steps:
1. Visit https://www.pianomarvel.com
2. Click the “Account Login” link and log in
3. Click on Billing and click the Subscription Code box and enter your code in the space provided.
If you have not yet started a Piano Marvel account (free or premium) follow these steps:
1. Visit https://www.pianomarvel.com
2. Click the “Create an Account” link
3. Setup a free account and then follow the steps above.
I always forget when my annual subscription is due, and it comes as a surprise to find my credit card has been billed, with no reminder email or other acknowledgement from yourselves. Do you not think it would be courteous to send out reminder emails a week or so before subscriptions are due? This is standard practice for many online providers.

Hello currently ,I have a month to month account.I would like to change to a yearly account.. would Piano Marvel give me credit towards a subscription for what i,ve already paid?
Thank you for reaching out to us. No, your annual account would start on your next billing date and run for one year from that date, we do not backdate subscriptions. You can change to a yearly account by updating your billing information and choosing the annual plan instead of the monthly plan.
