If you find the color density of the cursor to be too dark for your taste, or you would like to use the software without the cursor, you can do so. Simply click on your name in the upper right corner of the software, then go to Preferences, and adjust the cursor to the color density that you would prefer. You can turn it completely transparent if it is distracting, or you would like the extra challenge of playing without it.

Page rip stopped working. As I play the screen just scrolls down and I can’t see the next line until I’m playing it.
Thank you for reaching out to us. We have updated the scroll to stay at the top of the page and will shortly be releasing the option to use the old page-turning method. The error of not being able to see the last line was caused by a browser zoom set to higher than 80%, I apologize for the confusion!!
If I lighten the cursor too much, it only appears when you play the note, whereas i would like it to appear to keep time. Is it possible to adjust the color without losing the time signature? Thank you
Thank you for reaching out to us. The cursor is always lighter on rests, so when its intensity is further lightened, it disappears on the rests. There is not a setting to keep the cursor from lightening while over a rest measure. If I have misunderstood your questions, please email us at contactus@pianomarvel.com.
