- Retry the Song
- Refresh/Reload the Page
- Reconnect the MIDI Cable
- Re-Configure your MIDI Instrument
- Restart the Piano (Turn off then on again)
- Restart the Computer or Device

In the flashcards the bar is black so I cannot see the notes. I am using a macbook an chrome with my midi keyboard and a usb cable. According to tutorials this bar should be blue so I can see the notes, can you please help me?
Thanks for reaching out to us. Please uninstall the plugin software, restart the computer and install the plugin software again. This should fix the issue you are experiencing.

how do you adjust the latecy?

There should not be any latency, but if you are experiencing some, please send me an email at contactus@pianomarvel.com with your device, piano, and connection cable specifications and where you are getting latency. The most common thing people see as latency is having the Virtual Piano volume in the Menu, Instrument Settings turned on when it does not need to be. The Virtual Piano would only be used if you are using a MIDI controller that cannot make its own sound. Otherwise, you would want it off.
I have consistently done the correct excercise but it constantly says I got 57% ?

Hi I am getting the same problem. SASR always gives a score of 57 and I can’t advance. Using ipad connected by cable to Yamaha keyboard

I am stuck on inverted triads flashcards in 4-B #20. The chords scroll so slowly and jaggedly I cannot see them fast enough to get any faster than about 80 seconds instead of the required 60.6 seconds. Also, the exercise frequently freezes and I have to restart the computer. That hasn’t happened on any other exercises.

My sustain pedal on my Casio works fine when I use the keyboard by itself, but when connected to Piano Marvel via the MIDI, the sustain pedal effect does not work in the software.
Thank you for reaching out to us. If you are using the Virtual Instrument, the pedal will not sustain the Virtual Instrument. If you are using the audio that the Casio produces, the software should not be interfering with the Casio piano sound being sustained. Do you have any plans to add support for the sustain pedal? The pedal connected to my MIDI keyboard works fine in other digital instruments on the same computer, just not Piano Marvel.
Thank you for contacting us! We are working on a total overhaul of the audio engine and hope to have it ready soon. It will be released on iPad first, then be migrated to the webapp. Is your keyboard a MIDI controller so cannot make its own audio? If not, please turn off the Virtual Piano and use the audio that your piano makes, which will allow the pedal to work normally. If it is a MIDI controller, I apologize, we are working on fixing it.
I have been using piano marvel fit several months but suddenly the screen has locked and I cannot get back to the dashboard or anything else

I have been using piano marvel on our new piano in conjunction with the QRS player system we had installed. It shows MIDI connection sporadically and connects according to the instrument settings. It worked properly the first 2 weeks off and on but the last week I can’t get it to actually show connection so my progress can be assessed. I do have a phone meeting with QRS tomorrow but am EXTREMELY frustrated with the whole system. Our player system works perfect all the time. I’m looking for suggestions please

In a initial phase – free part of program. After plying the test piece twice a small activity item started in the midden of the iPad scree and cannot be deleted and prevents any activity – regardless of functions attempted.

I have an older casio keyboard hooked up with midi to a PC. About half the time when pressing middle C, I get a g-sharp indicated. I have used both Chrome and Microsoft edge as my browser. When I try to set up the keyboard by pressing the hi and low keys, the key indicated as pressed jumps all around. Any suggestions on how to correct this.
Thank you for reaching out to us. It sounds like your keyboard is not sending out the correct MIDI signal. So when you press the high key, it doesn’t always show the same note? Like, sometimes it might be a D, but the next time you press it it is showing as another note? Please email us at support@pianomarvel.com.
I have the same problem when I press the high key, it doesn’t always show the same note. My top C is detected as a B, and my bottom C is out of the app keyboard range. I’m using a Casio Celviano AP-470. I have made a factory retart on the piano and ininstalled & reinstalled the app on my laptop. No change 🙁 . I would welcome your kind assistance.

Since the MIDI notes the piano is sending out are not correct, it is likely something they can help with. I would also look and see if there are firmware updates that are necessary on your piano. According to tutorial videos i should be seeing green dot when playing correct note. Yet green or red dots only shows after i finish playing. How can i turn it on to see if i played note correctly?

Hi, there I updated to 10.26 on the plugin. It picks up my midi just fine and tracks notes. The animation plays when I score 100 %, and it looks like it records my playing, but after the update, it won’t list my recorded attempts anymore in the records field in the pop-up, but I see in the top left it does.
I reinstalled the plugin and dumped the cache still no change.
Is it a rendering issue on the web app
everything works it just wont list my record attempts its just odd.

Sometimes when I’m playing, the note marker doesn’t keep up with the beat or its slow to get started. Does it mark right on the beat.
Thank you for reaching out to us. When you notice it, can you please send in an error report using the flag icon in the top right corner of the piece? Then I can take a look at the piece and determine if the issue is something with the piece, or maybe something else. My first suggestion would be to see if it happens on all pieces, or only certain ones, and then maybe try a different browser to see if that makes any difference. I would also recommend restarting the computer and checking to see if there are any updates on the operating system or browser that are waiting to be run.
