Please note: These instructions are for if you subscribed through the Piano Marvel website only. If you subscribed through iTunes on your iPad, you can manage your subscription through iTunes.
1. Go to www.pianomarvel.com and click on the account login link at the top or go to https://pianomarvel.com/login
2. Once you are at the account login page enter your username and password to log in
3. Once you are logged in, click on your name in the upper right-hand corner, select Account, then choose Billing from the left-hand menu, click the box “Cancel Subscription” at the bottom right corner of the page and confirm your choice to unsubscribe. This will stop all future charges but your account will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
4. If you subscribed through the iPad/on iTunes, your subscription will have to be managed through iTunes.
Note: Your account and account information will not be deleted if you unsubscribe. This means that if you unsubscribe for any amount of time and then return to activate your account again, your practice trophies will still be saved for you just as they were when you unsubscribed.
I would like to unsubscribe from Piano Marvel Premium. The website is not working, hence I am submitting my request here.

Log into your Piano Marvel account, click on your name in the upper right corner, click on My Account, choose Billing from the left-hand menu, click on the red Unsubscribe button on the lower right side, confirm your choice to unsubscribe. Hello. I have subscribed to pianomarvel without realising that it is not compatible with android. Obviously I am unable to use any of the programmes therefore I need to unsubscribe. Could you please confirm.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We are weeks away from a version that should work on the Android platform. Since I see that you have a free trial, there is no subscription, you will not be charged. I can restart your free trial when the ability to use with Android becomes available, if you like, just email us at contactus@pianomarvel.com to let me know you want to restart.
Why do I have to log in every time? Why doesn’t the app insert my email and info so I don’t have to type all this crappy every frickin time!

You would only need to unsubscribe if you had entered your credit card to pay, but since you have the free trial, you have not entered a credit card or paid for the service. Free trials do not need any action to be taken, they expire after 30 days. Since we do not ask for a credit card to start the trial, you will not be automatically charged.
