If you have already installed the Piano Marvel plugin and you are seeing a message “Plugin Not Found” Please check the following.
1. Please make sure that you are using either Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari. Other browsers are not compatible at this time.
2. For Windows plugin version 10.15 or later, or Mac plugin version 4.0 or later, please click Piano Marvel desktop icon to open the plugin. Then click the “Restart the application” button.
3. Restarting the computer will also restart the plugin.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Whether one is a member or not has no bearing on the notes being recorded. Please restart your computer/iPad and piano, then go to Menu Options, Instrument Settings and calibrate the piano and computer/iPad together again.
