With a premium account, you have access to all levels in Piano Marvel, premium content, and unlimited SASR tests. Please follow these steps to upgrade.
1. Go to www.pianomarvel.com and click on the account login link at the top or go to https://pianomarvel.com/login.
2. Once you are at the account login page enter your username and password to log in.
3. Once you are logged in click your name in the upper right corner, and click on Upgrade to Premium, or select Account, and then Billing from the left hand menu.
4. Enter your billing details and submit. After submitting, please log out and back in so the Premium content can be applied to the library from the server.
Note: For monthly subscriptions, your card will be billed monthly starting on the day that you first upgrade/subscribe. With annual subscriptions, your card will be charged automatically each year.
If you are upgrading on iPad, through the iPad app, your subscription will be managed through iTunes. You may also use these instructions to upgrade your account on iPad through the browser.
I have a free account already and would like to upgrade the account to premium, I would like to pay the money all up front though, and not a monthly subscription. The options I see are only for montly subscriptions. one for monthly and one for anual. Is there a pay up front option?

Hi, Your app says the price is $110.99 for a year but when I went to upgrade using my iPad the price says $144.99 a year. I am in Canada, is it converting to Canadian dollars or is something else happening?

Question about practice streaks: For people with the same number for longest streak, how do you determine rank within that longest streak level?

So if you and I were going to start a streak today, and you practiced at 9 am, but I didn’t start until noon, you would be ranked higher, even though we have the same number of days. I already submitted a question today, I have since found out that as I upgraded to premium through my open piano marvel app I guess I upgraded by purchasing via iTunes / iPad store rather than via your website. Am I able to cancel that and get my money back and then upgrade directly with you via your website? Our iTunes Store is linked to my husbands email address but the free account I created and want to upgrade is with my email address, will this be a problem as the app on the iPad we use comes via my husbands email address.
Either way I will be using piano marvel via iPad each time, all the App Store is linked to my husbands email address but I want to use mine to log in to the account on the app.
I have paid for the upgrade via iTunes but I see no upgrade yet in my pianomarvel account .
Thank you for reaching out to us. I am sorry, to get the refund on iTunes, you will have to contact iTunes directly, we do not have access to Apple systems to process that refund. To subscribe directly with us, you would log into Piano Marvel through the browser (instead of the app) and use the Billing section. Then you can log out and go log back in on the app to use it. Ok I understand that I need to go via iTunes for a refund, but I am afraid that won’t work and I do want to have a paid for premium piano marvel account. My problem is that I have paid for premium piano marvel account via iTunes but my account still only shows as a trial account with trial account functionality and trial account songs only
If you cannot get a refund from Apple, email a copy of your iTunes transaction or the iTunes screen showing your Piano Marvel subscription with the information on how long it is paid up for to [email protected].

I want to upgrade to a premium account, but every time I put in a discount code it doesn’t work, I have tried numerous codes. I always see 20% off codes but how can I use it. I have been using the free account and now I’m ready to upgrade but not at full price.

I have seen it rejected for spelling street out instead of abbreviating it like the statement has, or not spelling the first name out, like Kate vs. Katherine. Paypal is our credit card processor, so all payments run through Paypal’s systems, whether they are debit, credit, or using Paypal balance. Can i pay annual subscription with a visa gift card? I realize i will need to do the same thing when its time to renew. I don’t have credit card, and prefer not to enter debit card attached to bank account.

If you cannot put it on file for the renewing subscription, I would recommend trying the purchase of a gift code in our store at musicmarvel.com/store. Since that is a finite purchase, not a renewable subscription, it may work if the other way does not. We do also have the option for using a Paypal account if you have that and would like to use it. I have purchased the monthly premium membership (I can confirm that the funds were transacted), and under My Account, it says I am a premium member. However, when I go to the web application itself, it still asks me to upgrade to premium, and it does not allow me to access the premium lessons.
