Piano Marvel offers a count-in and accompaniment in Play Mode. If you are not hearing any accompaniment or the voice counting you in when you press Play, please follow the steps to correct the issue:
1. In a piece or exercise, look in the Mixer Controls in the lower right corner and make sure that the Accompaniment volume is turned up.
2. Check your device volume to make sure it is turned on and that no external speakers or headphones might be connected.
3. Restart the device and try the exercise or piece again.
4. If the audio is still not functioning, please email our support team at [email protected].
So i cannot hear the accompaniment on my windows 10 PC which I need in the listening parts.
I hear the metronome and the piano buy not the accompaniment and the accompaniment is set to 100%. I reinstalled the plugin twice and restarted the PC.
On my Laptop the accompaniment works fine.
Thank you for reaching out to us. Can you please send me a video so I can hear the audio that you are hearing? Please show the accompaniment volume in the Controls on the video, as well, and email it to [email protected].
I am doing the test for the highest and lowest note, but my piano won’t play! Any requests?
Thank you for reaching out to us. Does your piano play normally when not connected to the computer? What is the volume on your piano set to? If your piano does not have the ability to make its own audio, please turn on the Virtual Piano slider on the very right-hand side of the Instrument settings area. If the issue persists, please email the specifics regarding your piano, computer, and the cables being used to connect them to [email protected] so I can help you troubleshoot it.
Like “Marvin on January 31, 2021 at 2:18 pm” I cannot turn the accompaniment down so it is softer than the piano and metronome. I want the piano and metronome to be audible above the accompaniment. I have adjusted the volume on my Mac, but the only difference the Mixer controls make is to adjust the accompaniment only inline with adjusting the piano.
Thank you for reaching out to us. What do you hear when you have the Instrument all the way off, the Accompaniment halfway up and the metronome halfway up? The instrument volume would only be used if you are using a MIDI controller that cannot make its own piano sound. The accompaniment can be turned down as low as necessary and the volume on your piano can be turned up as loud as necessary. If you would like, you can email us at [email protected].
